Aya Brown Teases Nike Air Max 95 Collaboration After Revealing Friends & Family Pair

It doesn’t take a marketing degree to understand that collaborations, player exclusives, and other limited fare can often be aimed at drumming up excitement for efforts elsewhere. Just a day after revealing a “Beef and Broccoli” style friends and family pair, Aya Brown and Nike are quickly capitalizing on what was immediately received as a stunner. Indeed, an Aya Brown x Nike Air Max 95 will see a public release, but change its outfit in the process.

Revealed in a social clip leaning into Brown’s visual arts background, this second Air Max 95 carries a palette of “Atomic Green/University Red/Black.” That viridescent shade coats much of the upper, before a “Bred” platform plays out below with the fiery hues focused on the Air bubbles. Though studio shots will no doubt clarify all of the details included within this link-up, already the spread from this teaser confirms that 3M laces and the custom “A|Brown” tongue badge are included.

The Aya Brown x Nike Air Max 95 is expected to release in short order, already listed at select retailers for August 21st. It’s unclear whether that’s a tentative date, or we should, in fact, be expecting such a quick turnaround from teaser to drop.
