The Nike Air Max 1000.2 Adds “Glacier Blue” Air to the Printed Sneaker

Nike and Zellerfeld’s improved Air Max 1000.2 prints faster, meaning more frequent releases. Today the Swoosh has added a “Glacier Blue” colorway of the 3D-printed sneaker to their release calendar, coming next week.

After debuting their first foray into 3D-printed sneakers last year, Nike has steadily issues more styles of their flagship model, the Air Max 1000. The silhouette is a riff on the iconic 1986 Air Max 1, and features the signature Air bag tucked into the sole of the model. This year, Nike and Zellerfeld, their partner on this journey, issued an update with the 1000.2, making the shoes faster to print and picking up the pace for new releases. Additionally, they seemed to have standardized the model with a jet black color scheme, changing the Air bag in the heel for each new style. This week, Nike has added their latest color scheme of the 1000.2 to their SNKRS release calendar, scheduled to land next week. Once again cast in black, the updated take on the printed sneaker adds a “Glacier Blue” shade to the visible Air at the shoe’s heel.

Nike’s latest colorway of their 3D-printed Air Max 1000.2 model has been scheduled to release next week, on July 30th, 2026. They seemed to have landed on a standard black printed portion for the shoe, using the visible Air bag insert to add color, which comes in “Glacier Blue” for this new pair. The shoes have already been added to the Swoosh’s SNKRS app, and will also be available through Zellerfeld’s own raffle platform, priced at $180.
