New Balance’s Cocoa-Flavored Dad Shoe Puts the Taste in Tasteful

New Balance is back with another delicious 991 dad shoe, this time wrapped in pure "Cocoa" flavoring.

The newest Made in UK 991v1 sneaker appears to be another "Luxe Suede" edition, like the tan versions from earlier this season. However, this pair's much sweeter.

Keeping up the tradition, the "Cocoa" 991s feature the finest chocolate-brown suede that pretty much covers the entire upper. That includes the signature "N" logo on the side. Elsewhere, fans can expect creamy leather and chunky white soles.

The brand's Flimby factory has produced many good-looking, top-quality 991s this year. But the v1 models have been especially luxurious, ranging from cream-white croc-skin versions to delicious brown leather dad sneakers that genuinely look Italian-made.

The year's not over yet, and New Balance's still coming with 991 heat.

The "Cocoa" pairs are now available on This Thing of Ours' website for $261. The 991v2 Made in UK sneakers are also expected to release at New Balance soon.
