Action Bronson Made A Movie For His New Balance 2811 “Mikročpske”

Lights, camera, Action. A man of Action Bronson’s many talents was never going to launch his first signature shoe the conventional way. The next chapter of the New Balance 2811 rollout comes in the form of a full-fledged movie, teased by Bronson on Instagram with details that may also hint at the sneaker’s debut.

The trailer previews an action film centered around some sort of advanced technology, with two men in Mercedes and BMWs chasing Bronson through the streets of New York. On foot is the New Balance 2811 “Mikročpske,” the launch colorway of his first signature New Balance model.

The New Balance 2811 builds on the ABZORB-cushioned platform of the New Balance 2010 while introducing an entirely new upper defined by intricate, thin synthetic overlays. The “Mikročpske” colorway shown in the trailer is the same pair Bronson revealed in detail a few weeks back, featuring a pale green mesh foundation, teal overlays, and colorful accents throughout in familiar Baklava fashion.

The New Balance 2811 doesn’t have an official release date yet, but the first installment of “Mikročpske” premieres tomorrow, July 14th, at 2:00 PM ET on Action Bronson’s YouTube channel. Could a surprise sneaker release follow the premiere? That remains to be seen, but rest assured we’ll be circling back with any and all updates.
