Jordan 5 “Halloween,” Caitlin 1 “Midnight Fever,” And This Week’s Best Releases

Call it the calm before the storm.

If you’re in the market for holiday kicks this Halloween, the crown jewel might just be touching down early, as the Air Jordan 5 “Halloween” gets a head start before the floodgates open the following week. If you’re not so creepily inclined, trust there’s still plenty of heat in the coming days, with the Nike Caitlin 1 “Midnight Fever” delivering a quick turnaround for the Indiana hooper. Further down the billing, adidas has a three-shoe and a six-shoe capsule in the works, the Nike SB P-Rod 1 drops off a “Wheat” style colorway, a new Nike Cryoshot appears, the Nike Mind restocks, and plenty more fire comes your way.

Find a full breakdown of what every day this week has to offer via the galleries ahead. Within each, you’ll find hyperlinks leading back to our original coverage, containing “Where to Buy” widgets with direct pick-up links for drop day, and of course, our detailed analysis of what each release brings to the table. Though we’ll keep this page updated with any late-breaking additions to the slate, ensure nothing slips through the cracks by keeping an eye on our Jordan Release Dates and Sneaker Release Dates hubs.

October 13th starts by turning back the clock. One of the Swoosh’s big focuses for the World Cup comes back into focus with the Nike Cryoshot Mercurial Vapor ’02. Though appearing like it’ll be exclusive to Mexico, it’s hard not to give the Air Jordan 1 “Somos Historias” the next billing, celebrating Mexico and Diá de los Muertos. Heading further into the archives, the Nike SB P-Rod 1 Wheat releases a fall-forward edition of Rodriguez’s first sig shoe. Finally, the PUMA MB.06 “Hills” does its own reminiscing on LaMelo’s varsity days. The Mercedes adidas Samba capsule revs up for the day’s last lap.

October 14th sees “the biggest female signature shoe launch ever” double down, as the Nike Caitlin 1 Hot Punch hits the scene. Changing the field of play, the Nike Vapor Pro Ja’Marr Chase touches turf with a game-worn colorway.

October 15th kicks off the second half of October with a replenishment of the Nike Mind 001 + 002 in new pastel colorways (“Palest Purple,” “Work Blue,” “Work Blue.”) The Nike Air Max Goadome Croc Black continues the “Nike Boot’s” experimentation with animal kingdom textures. Similarly, the New Balance Allerdale Moorland Textures outfits the walking shoe in new materials and a multicolor palette. The Jordan Tatum 5 “Sunrise” closes out our slate with a purple look for Jayson’s latest.

October 16th drops off a spooky pair in its own right, the Nike Air Foamposite Glow In The Dark. The Song For The Mute Samba is en route next, a slouchy take on the terrance staple, before hoops closes us out via the Harden Vol. 10 “Snakeskin” and the Nike GT Future “Black Cat.”

October 17th kicks off sneaker’s spooky season in earnest, as the Air Jordan 5 “Halloween” lets loose what might be the holiday season’s most coveted. The Bad Bunny adidas Gazelle Indoor follows, diverging from Benito’s recent focus on his signature line for an old classic. Finally, the adidas Kader touches down, beginning another signature story for adidas Skate.
